Eligibility for Exchange and Refund

  • To qualify for an exchange or refund, a package opening video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the unboxing of the product from the sealed package.

Conditions for Claiming Refund or Exchange

  1. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Share the complete uncut package opening video on our official WhatsApp number.

  3. Damaged or incorrect products will be eligible for replacement only, subject to verification.

  4. Products must be returned in unused and original condition, along with all packaging.

Note

  • No refund or exchange will be processed without a valid unboxing video.

  • This policy is strictly applicable only to damaged or wrong products.

  • Customized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
